One month before the wedding, we'll re-connect to finalize the details, and confirm the final numbers. FInal payment also should be settled by this time.

How much does wedding decoration cost?
Our design philosophy revolves around creating thoughtful, immersive atmospheres that feel effortlessly elegant and deeply personal.

Each event we design is entirely bespoke, with budgets varying according to location, floral scale, and the overall design complexity.

As a general guideline, our full wedding design services (including floral design, styling, linens, stationery, and accessories) typically begin at €8,000–€10,000, excluding furniture rental and logistics.

For intimate celebrations of up to 30 guests, we recommend allocating a minimum of €5,000 to maintain our signature level of craftsmanship and quality.

These figures are indicative of the scale and artistry of the weddings featured on our website. Every celebration is unique — and your proposal will always reflect your specific vision and priorities.

All fees are included in your personalised proposal, ensuring transparency from the outset.

  • Setup & Design Fee: 25% of decor subtotal (minimum €3,500)

    For events exceeding 200 guests and/or taking place at multiple venues and/or spanning multiple days, the Setup & Design Fee will be determined individually to reflect the bespoke design requirements, scale, and execution complexity.

  • Delivery Fee: calculated based on location and logistics

  • Additional Events (e.g. welcome dinner, post-wedding brunch): quoted individually

All rates include VAT.

Because every celebration is unique, I don’t offer pre-set packages — instead, each proposal is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your vision, priorities, and the atmosphere you wish to create.

Destination Wedding Experience

Over the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with many couples planning their destination wedding from abroad.
If your schedule doesn’t allow for frequent visits, I offer full remote assistance; including virtual site visits, detailed design presentations, and online meetings – to ensure a seamless and inspiring planning experience from anywhere in the world.

Ideally, you can reach out once your wedding date and venue are confirmed.
We recommend contacting us 6–12 months in advance to allow ample time for a thoughtfully designed and seamless process.

If your celebration is approaching sooner, please don’t hesitate to inquire — depending on availability, we may still be able to accommodate your event.

Yes – every wedding design is completed with the right stationery.
That’s why stationery design is an integral part of our 360 Design Experience, ensuring every visual element aligns seamlessly with the overall aesthetic.

As destination weddings are our main focus, we happily travel wherever your celebration takes us.

A 50% booking deposit is required within 7 calendar days of signing the contract.
Your date will be officially secured once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding day.

A refundable €150 security deposit is also required. This amount is held to cover any potential damage or missing items and will be fully refunded after the event, provided all décor pieces are returned in proper condition.

My team and I begin decorating as early as the venue allows — usually in the morning — and complete the setup at least one hour before guests arrive.

Takedown timing is carefully coordinated with the venue in advance to ensure a smooth and discreet conclusion to the celebration.

believe that less is more; however, on rare occasions, we may take on more than one wedding on the same date. Regardless, you will receive the same level of dedicated attention.

I work with a team of experienced professionals who are fully capable of managing and coordinating events even if I am not personally present. In such cases, you will be informed in advance and introduced to the colleague who will be supporting your wedding.

That said, due to our limited availability of only 10–15 weddings per year, this situation is unlikely to occur.

During takedown, we carefully dismantle the larger floral arrangements and re-tie the flowers into smaller bouquets, so you can take them home or gift them to your guests. If you’re unable to take the flowers with you, we will responsibly handle their disposal.
