1. Getting in Touch

Before anything else, the very first step is simply reaching out to me. I love it when couples share the basics right away: the venue, wedding date, guest count, and a rough idea of the kind of wedding they envision. You can use our contact form to provide these details, which helps me prepare for the consultation.

2. Online Wedding Consultation

During the online consultation, we go through every aspect of your wedding vision:

The overall mood and character of your wedding
Your favorite colors, flowers, and style preferences
Things you dislike or absolutely don’t want included in your decor
Must-have elements that you want to feature

We’ll also discuss your budget. Don’t worry if you’re unsure what to allocate; our FAQ section covers helpful guidance on budget planning.

The consultation isn’t just about logistics — it’s about connection. It’s where I listen, ask, and get a sense of your aesthetic world.

3. Wedding Styling, Moodboards, and Visual Planning

After the consultation, I create a customized wedding design tailored to your venue, style, and theme. Moodboards and color samples help you visualize the final look. I compile a full list of decor items, plan floral arrangements, and prepare a detailed, itemized wedding proposal that fits your vision and budget. This proposal is tipically prepared within 1-1,5 week.

During this stage, you get a first glimpse of how your vision transforms into something tangible. From colour palettes to design compositions, every detail is curated with harmony and emotion in mind.

4. Booking

Once you’ve received your custom wedding design proposal, we’ll go through every detail together to make sure it truly reflects your vision. Naturally, this initial proposal can still be adjusted, we can refine colors, decor elements, or even the scale of certain floral pieces until everything feels right.

We only move forward with a signed contract and 50% deposit once you feel that the proposal matches at least 80–90% of your ideas. This way, the creative direction is already solid, but we still leave space for small changes that often come up later in the planning process; like how many bridesmaids you’ll have, whether you’d like a toss bouquet, or if there are any new elements to include.

This stage is all about finding that perfect balance between creative clarity and flexibility — so you can feel confident moving forward knowing that your design is in harmony with your wedding vision.

5. Fine tuning before the wedding

About one month before your wedding, we reconnect for a final fine-tuning session. We’ll go through all remaining details that might have been uncertain earlier: confirming the final guest count, decor placement, schedule of the day and any last-minute styling refinements.

This step ensures that by the time your wedding day arrives, every element of your decor is cohesive, intentional, and completely stress-free — so you can focus on enjoying the day itself, knowing everything is perfectly aligned.
