Planning to Book With Us? Here’s How We Perfect Every Detail

So you are planning to book with us, but you still have some questions about how the overall process will look like. In this post, I’ll explain how we make sure that every detail is perfectly aligned, from the initial consultation all the way to your wedding day.
What is the "Fine Tuning" Phase?
Your wedding design doesn’t end when you sign the contract: that’s actually where the magic of the details begins. The Fine Tuning phase starts around 30 days before your wedding, but of course, you can reach out to us at any time before that if anything changes or you have questions. At this stage, we can also adjust the initial proposal so that it truly reflects your vision, making sure you feel confident before the final contract is confirmed.
Between booking with us and your wedding day, many details may naturally evolve:
- The guest list is mostly confirmed, with final tweaks 1–2 weeks before the wedding
- Bridal bouquet, toss bouquet, and other floral arrangements are finalized
- Table layouts and decorative touches are refined
- Menus and other printed graphics are completed
- Final scheduling for the setup and breakdown is clarified
This ensures that your wedding decor is cohesive, seamless, and perfectly aligned with your vision — so you can feel calm and confident, knowing that everything is perfectly in place with no last-minute rush or stress.
Reviewing the Day’s Schedule and Logistics
During this phase, we also discuss how your wedding day will unfold from a decor perspective:
- When we will arrive to begin setup and when we plan to finish
- How bouquets and personal will be delivered to you on the day
- How flowers and decor items are managed after the event
This step gives you clarity and peace of mind, so you know exactly how your day will run from start to finish.
Personalized Details and Your Timeline
We also finalize every personalized detail during Fine Tuning:
- Stationery, menus, and signage
- Any last-minute requests or adjustments to the decor
The Fine Tuning phase is flexible: it can happen through an online meeting, email, or video call, whichever is most convenient for you. So even if you are living in another country, we can flexible keep in touch and ensure that everything runs smoothly at our end.
Once everything is confirmed, the second installment invoice is issued, reflecting the final plan.

- We are coordinating with the other wedding vendors, to make sure everything looks flawess
