For me, Blush Wedding is never just about pretty visuals; it’s a complete experience, built on strong design knowledge, a deep understanding of style, and professional floral expertise.
What motivates me is the joy of creating magical worlds: atmospheres that transport people, surround them with beauty, and let them fully immerse themselves in the moment.
In my work, I blend my hospitality and tourism background with the structured, organized approach I developed during my eight years working in the finance field.
Outside of work, I’m endlessly inspired by art, fashion, architecture, interior design, and travel. My guilty pleasure is a perfectly mixed Aperol, and my non-human love is my cat.

To create stunning weddings, you need a strong operational force; that’s where Bianka comes in. She is the multipurpose engine behind every wedding, ensuring that every detail runs smoothly and nothing is left to chance.
She literally grew up surrounded by flowers and has spent half her life decorating weddings. She handles challenges with cool-headed efficiency, speed and meticulous attention to detail.
She quickly understands the vibe of each wedding and the couple’s style, and supports the team in creating stunning visuals and unforgettable moments.
