Pastel Coloured Luxury Wedding at Botaniq Castle, Tura

Hayoue and Haochen’s wedding at Botaniq Castle in Tura was an absolute highlight. The castle’s breathtaking appearance speaks for itself and makes it a perfect choice for an intimate, luxury destination wedding in Hungary.

Destination Wedding in Hungary – Guests from China

The couple and their guests traveled all the way from China to celebrate their special day against this romantic castle backdrop. The bespoke, moon-shaped wedding arch was a secret surprise from the groom, honoring the bride’s nickname, “Moon.”

Luxury Floral Design & Moon-Shaped Arch

The design process was exceptionally smooth, which was a special honor since the groom himself is a hotel interior designer in China. The moon-shaped wedding arch featured over 1,400 stems of flowers, creating a stunning focal point for the ceremony. In addition, a total of 3,500 hand-selected bloomsin shades of pink, peach, and purple decorated the venue, while bright green plants were carefully added to complement the flowers and enhance the luxurious floral installation.

Elegant Table Styling & Ceremony Setup

The wedding reception was scheduled for 10 AM, followed by an elegant brunch-style lunch, which gave us only 3–4 hours for setup. The tables were richly decorated with floral arrangements of varying heights and sizes, which created a lush and visually dynamic atmosphere. Moreover, gold-rimmed glass plates perfectly matched the warm tones of the candle holders, while matte gold napkin rings elegantly surrounded each napkin, adding a refined and cohesive look. To make the experience even more personalized, guests received menus written in both Chinese and English, and each guest was also gifted a mini bottle of Viennese Schlumberger Rosé Ice champagne, allowing them to toast the newlyweds in style.

Personalized Details & Luxury Touches

In addition to the floral and table designs, the wedding included several bespoke and luxurious details. The couple chose a moon-shaped gold cake topper, which perfectly echoed the theme of the ceremony, and each guest received a personalized booklet featuring the couple’s love story, ensuring a memorable and intimate experience for everyone.

The bride wore a breathtaking princess-style gown with a dramatic train, delicately embroidered with Cinderella’s enchanted pumpkin carriage — a subtle and magical detail that made her look like she had stepped straight out of a modern fairytale.
